No Client Relationship
Submitting a new-client intake does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement, which then governs our services.
Satisfaction Commitment
Our home page describes a satisfaction commitment for a client’s first month of service. That commitment, including what “making it right” involves and how either party may end the engagement, is governed solely by the client’s written engagement agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site, including by submitting false or misleading information, sending unsolicited advertising, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.
Intellectual Property
