Privacy Policy
Nevada Management Services, LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you complete our new-client intake, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, role, email address, phone number, industry, the services you are interested in, and your message. Our web host also records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, in server logs used for security and reliability.
How We Use It
We use intake information only to evaluate your application, respond to you, and, if you become a client, provide our services. We use technical data to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand how the site is used.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to collect aggregated usage information. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host this website and deliver our email, as needed to operate them; with our affiliated businesses, as described below; or when required by law.
Affiliated Businesses
Scott Gardner, the owner of Nevada Management Services, LLC, also owns a real estate brokerage and a financial advisory firm under common ownership. Because these businesses share common ownership and management, information you submit to us may come to the attention of, or be accessible to, those affiliated businesses. It is not possible to keep it entirely separate.
Information is shared only among these commonly owned affiliates. It is not sold, and it is not shared with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted to us. We keep intake information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted. To make a request, reply to any correspondence you have received from us, or note your request in the message field of our new-client intake. We respect your privacy and do not sell information.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
